We had such a positive experience with Susie and Adam the owners of merchants moving! All their guys were very professional and very helpful! We had a small incident with a TV, and they had no obligation at all to cover anything but gave us a check to help pay for a new TV! Here’s a tip if you buy a new TV keep the box if you’re going to be moving since that’s how their intended to be moved! Will definitely be referring them to friends and family! The team for Merchant's moving and packing are an excellent team for The Bitterroot Valley. Adam& Susie, owners are very helpful and accommodating, which in our situation, they were there for us. They are flexible to the best of their ability in lieu of this crazy season of moving. Brian and his team were there working with us in getting a household of furniture locally moved on a very hot day, without complaints and just kept on going.
They were a cheerful team . They will be returning for 2 future jobs and look forward in moving us.
They also secured our grandfather clock and Art work in a crate on their premises, which we were very happy that can be done.

My husband had a delivery in Hamilton, coming from Southern California and we needed some delivery assistance and the Merchants office team was very accommodating with the schedule, gave us tips on how to get into the town and the Merchants' moving crew was polite and helpful working to meet our delivery time. Great experience!
